Rules for cops!

1. Must patrol in the island of Los Santos. (Might be changed when GTA V comes out)

2. Do NOT leave the patrol island unless given permission. Anyone found outside the patrol island will be kicked from the patrol and possibly given a suspension. (Might be changed when GTA V comes out)

3. You MUST obey all U.S. Traffic laws. If you do not understand U.S. Traffic Laws please contact a Training Officer or any Higher Rank Officer. (You will be told this by your trainer)

4. You must report to dispatch immediately with any traffic stop or any situation that occurs so we can keep records of the calls that are being made.

5. You may not shoot or kill a civilian for any reason unless your life, or another individual's life is threatened.

6. You must only pull over a civilian for a real reason not because you don't like them.

7. You must respect every member of this clan no matter what or you will be suspended. Further unacceptable behavior will result in automatic ban from the clan.

8. You must communicate with, listen to, and obey all higher ranking officers while in patrols or clan events.

9. While being a police officer you must use all radio codes and street names.

10. You may not use your lights and sirens unless you are dispatched to a location code 2 or code 3.

11. During a vehicle pursuit you must stay in a single file line to reduce traffic collisions and if you are able to pass another officer be sure to announce it so they know you are passing.

12. During a Traffic Stop you must pull your car slightly to the left or to the middle to avoid being hit by oncoming traffic, this is to ensure police officers safety.

13. Make sure to be respectful to all members of LSRPD at all times during patrol if you are going to argue and hate each other the patrol might come to an end or you will be kicked out for disrupting the patrol and may be given a suspension.

14. While patrol is in session you need to make sure the radio is as quiet as possible so we can respond accordingly to an officers assistance. If we do find out who has a ton of background noise you will be given a warning and if it continues you will be kicked from the patrol.

15. During a patrol if you have any questions or concerns call a higher ranking officer on their phone if they do not answer they will call you back once they are available.

16. Do NOT call anyone that is on duty as dispatch because they cannot handle you and all of the officers at the same time. Call another higher ranking officer.

17. Police Officers must use regular pistol and shotgun that comes from the cruiser. No other weapons should be used unless otherwise told by the chief. (Might be changed when GTA V comes out, since there are now more weapons available)

18. If someone you are trying to call on the phone is not answering, kick them 2-3 times and they will know you want to talk.

19. Cops must stay spread out from one another and not stay all bunched up into one group as this gives us more patrolling area to cover.

20. During a pursuit you must slow down a little while going through intersections that have heavy vehicle / pedestrian traffic. If an intersection is empty or very clear you may speed through as fast as possible. Breaking this rule results in a re-training session on driving.

21. Do not follow a civilian for more than 30 seconds. (Unless under understandable circumstances)

22. All cops MUST use proper radio codes as much as possible during patrols.

23. When assisting in traffic stops you must always park behind the calling officer's cruiser.

24. During protest situations cops are to go hands on ONLY and do NOT shoot the suspects until permission given by the commander / until the suspects assault officers.

25. Cops cannot attempt to cheat to find crooks by calling their cell phone and hearing it ring so they know where the crook is hiding.

26. You may not drive like a maniac in North PD, ever.

27. If the radio is backed up with calls and there are multiple people talking you must exercise heavy radio discipline and let dispatch handle the calls one person at a time. You must let dispatch handle every call before you keep calling out.

28. During a code 3 response involving all units, you must always judge your space between you and the officer ahead of you. You are strictly supposed to keep distance to where you can see his blip, but not his name tag.

Rules for Civilians!

1. Crooks only use the regular pistol. Any other weapons must be approved by the crook leader. (Might be changed when GTA V comes out, since there are now more weapons available)

2. Must patrol on the island of Los Santos. Leaving the island MUST be approved by the crook leader for a special purpose only such as gathering a rare vehicle to patrol with. (Might be changed when GTA V comes out)

3. Crooks may not commit crimes too fast, all crooks have to take their time about making their crimes. This is so the patrol doesn't get chaotic. Any crook who is breaking this rule will be kicked from patrol.

4. Crooks MUST follow all commands given by the crook leader. Failure to do so will result in a kick and possibly a suspension.

5. Crooks must roleplay jobs.

6. Crooks are not allowed to drive supercars or fly helicopters. (Might be changed when GTA V comes out, since there are more vehicles available)

7. Crooks are allowed to drive normal civilian vehicles. (Might be changed when GTA V comes out, since there are more vehicles available)

8. Crooks must follow the New Life Rule. New Life Rule means forgetting what you were doing before you died.

9. Crooks may not take revenge on any players.

10. Crooks must be respectful to every player within the game.

11. You must move aside for emergency vehicles when you are not committing crimes.

12. Don't excessively be rude to the cops. Yes, we know it is roleplay. But have courtesy. Some people don't take it too nicely.

13. Crooks MUST NOT argue constantly with the cops or complain too much when getting pulled over. We don't want to hear whining when you get stopped by the cops.

14. Crooks are not allowed to use explosives. (Might be changed when GTA V comes out)

15. When arrested by police you may not move or harm the police officer who arrested you. If you move or harm the officer who is arresting you, you may be kicked from patrol. If the problem keeps happening, you can get suspended. (Might be changed when GTA V comes out)

16. Crooks may NOT rat out other crooks more than twice. You can rat yourself out as much as you want. (Might be changed when GTA V comes out)

17. Always enter North PD like a normal person would. Do not recklessly drive into North PD, ever.

18. Hostages may not kill cops during any situation.

19. To pilot any flying vehicle you must have a basic pilot's license.

20. To maneuver any water vehicle you must have a basic boat license.
